Biosketch

My name is Serena. I am in the Class of 2023 with majors in Biology and Spanish with minors in Global Health and Sustainability Studies. I am interested in linguistics and the intersection between science and language. Specifically, I am interested in language acquisition, bilingualism, their social implications and the development of technology in these fields. At Villanova, I am a Feature Twirler for the Villanova Twirl Team and a member of Catholic Relief Services. I am excited to be part of a lab that dives deeper into my fields of interest and learn more about linguistics!
